Free while testing

OnlyFlats is free while it’s being tested. Nothing is charged.

Listings come from other sites

The homes in OnlyFlats come from adverts on other sites. An advert may be wrong, out of date or already let, and OnlyFlats can read it wrongly too. Check the advert, and the home, before you rely on it or pay anything.

No promise of a home

OnlyFlats helps you find homes and enquire about them. It can’t promise you a viewing, a reply from an agent or landlord, or a home. OnlyFlats isn’t an agent or a landlord, and isn’t part of any let you agree.

Fair use

Use OnlyFlats for your own search for a home. Don’t copy its homes in bulk, try to break it, or try to reach anyone else’s data. OnlyFlats may stop anyone who does from using it.

The test can end

OnlyFlats may change, stop working for a while, or end the test at any time.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under UK consumer law.

Your data

The privacy policy says what OnlyFlats keeps about you and how to delete it.
